Landlord gas safety certificates
We carry out landlord gas safety certificates on domestic and commercial properties. Other services for landlords include fitting carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, key-holding, plumbing, boiler and heating servicing and repairs.
It is a legal requirement for a landlord to have all gas appliances checked by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer on an annual basis.

We have a long-standing relationship with Brakspear Brewery. Chaps assists Brakspear pubs with all their plumbing and heating needs. Our mission is to provide a top-quality service to our clients and we work hard to build and maintain good business relationships.
We have worked with Chaps for many years and have always been impressed with their diligent work ethic and willingness to help with plumbing issues at short notice. Our pubs rely on a swift response as issues often seem to occur at the busiest times and Chaps do their utmost to help resolve the issues as quickly as they can.
All of our boiler servicing and testing is also completed by Chaps and they consistently book in the work within the correct timeframe and keep our estate well maintained.
